Ms. Rupali Prasad completed her LLB from Mumbai University and has over 10 years of experience in diverse areas of Indirect Taxation such as GST ,Customs,Excise,Service Tax/VAT. She has been involved in various GST impact assessment assignments for clients from diverse sectors. She is actively engaged in providing advisory services to clients on a day-to-day basis.
She has conducted numerous tax compliance reviews of legal positions adopted by clients and drafted representations on behalf of industry associations on key issues. Rupali also handles audit and investigation support assignments, replies and appeals to Department Notices/Orders and regularly appears before Department Authorities.
She also has keen interest in work flow and work place improvements at Kumar Legal Research
