She also providing legal opinion on various income tax issues to prevent clients from any tax litigation issues and also providing assistance to clients in departmental investigation, search and seizure, drafting of application, representation, letters, replies to show cause notice and statutory appeals and appearance before the departmental authorities and handling corporate law matters like operation and mismanagement issues.
