Shrey Chakraborty

Mr. Shrey Chakraborty has over two years of experience in appearing and arguing before the Income Tax Appellate Tribunal (ITAT) against the Income Tax Department. Other than ITAT, he has also appeared before various legal forums inter alia Supreme Court, Delhi High Court, Income Tax Appellate Tribunal, and Central Administrative Tribunal.

 

Shrey displays a wide array of expertise in handling legal matters including but not limited to dispute resolutions, arbitration proceedings, and panel matters pertaining to service law, law of contracts, IBC proceedings, and Section 138 proceedings. He specializes in the spheres of Direct & International Taxation. Shrey also disposes astute leadership skills. He mentors and inspires the team.
