Yash Jariwala

Mr. Yash Jariwala has been member of the Bar Council at Maharashtra and Goa since the year 2016. And also completed his Diploma in Corporate Law from Asian School of Cyber Laws. He has assisting in all aspects of civil, Commercial and Corporate litigation such as civil suits, testamentary petitions, Writ Petitions, Intellectual property matters, Arbitration and Mediation as well as Criminal matters such as anticipatory bails, Regular bails, and Trials. He also handling all aspects of non- litigation such as contract vetting, contract drafting and corporate advisory.
